Day One: The Moment
You don’t need to retell what happened. Through music, movement, and creative expression, you locate the feeling beneath the story and begin to translate it into something you can see.
Remember Who You Are
A guided creative experience for people living in the in-between after a pivotal moment changed life as they knew it.
The weekend, step by step
You don’t need to retell what happened. Through music, movement, and creative expression, you locate the feeling beneath the story and begin to translate it into something you can see.
Choose a song that speaks to you. Together, you listen for what the emotion has been trying to say, in its own language.
Explore the identity that took shape after your life changed. Notice the difference between who you had to become to keep going and who you are underneath.
Create something of your own: a song, poem, painting, or letter. Not to explain what you learned, but to give it form. The room bears witness.
Design a personal creative practice and an anchor you can carry home, a way to reconnect with yourself when life pulls you away again.
A different kind of space
This retreat is not therapy, and you don’t need an artistic background. It is a small, guided space to work with music, writing, movement, and art, at your own pace. You decide what to share and when.
The weekend closes with a creative practice shaped around your life, so what you discover can travel with you.
